Paper of the Year Award

For the meeting in 2019, the award for the best paper published the previous year was 1,000 €

Nomination process:

A senior scientist can nominate a first author of a paper published in print or online in the year before the meeting (2019).
The first author should have max 3 years of experience since completion of PhD, when the paper is published in print or online.
The first author or the research group should regularly have been participating in the SSAR meetings.
The first author should attend the meeting and the galla dinner to recieve the award.

A brief statement from the senior author that the first author contributed substantially to the work.

The nominations will be evaluated by the scientific chairpersons (organizing committee), and the winner will be announced at the galla dinner at the 26^th Annual Scandinavian Atherosclerosis Conference, 15-18 April , 2020 in Humlebæk, Denmark.
